


Shyam Kadle is a growth strategist with over 30 years of experience leading multimillion-dollar pursuits to help clients develop as well as implement their business and technology strategies. He has become adept in engaging CxOs and leveraging his experience to provide unbiased, objectively-formed advisory services to ensure clients achieve their short- and long-term business goals.
Prior to forming Synergen, Shyam has enjoyed a career with some of the most recognized corporations in the world including IBM, McKesson, Oracle, Unilever, and Cadbury Schweppes. At these companies, he held various vertical executive leadership roles. He has a passion for inspiring business outcomes and has built a strong foundation over his career in business strategy development/implementation, sourcing/partner selection, cloud and application services - assessment and managed services, product management/marketing, consulting practice management, business applications development/implementations, and IT service management/operations.
Shyam lives in Atlanta, GA with his family. He and his wife are active in community service and enjoy working with multiple local charity organizations. He is also an avid tennis player who plays in local tennis leagues and follows his passion for music.

With over 30 years of experience spanning various industries from technology consulting to executive leadership development, Henri’s background is very deeply rooted in growing domestic and global businesses. Henri leverages his expertise as a strategic advisor to technology company CEOs and C-Suite executives to increase revenue from key growth initiatives while reducing costs through his focus on operational efficiencies. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer at B-Direct, LLC.
Prior to these roles, Henri served as General Manager, Vertical Markets at Fiserv Inc., where he held overall responsibility for the financial, operational, and technical performance of a $100M technology line of business. Henri has also served as Head of Product Management, Global Consumer Solutions at Equifax Inc., where he led revenue generation, new product development and product/platform life cycle management for the $400M Software-as-a-Service business. He was also Global Vice President at Verint Systems Inc., where he served as P&L leader of Verint’s $700M Enterprise Intelligence technology business unit.
Henri holds a BSBA in Information Systems from Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH and a Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt certification from General Electric Co.
He lives with his wife Toni in Atlanta, GA and volunteers his time mentoring young professionals across the metro Atlanta area. Henri and Toni enjoy global travel and have been very fortunate to spend time on 4 of the 7 continents.

Hemant brings over 30 years of experience in Technology and Management Consulting Services. He has a keen understanding of global technology service delivery and supplier operations, arising from his extensive experience in the US, India, Canada, Australia, parts of Europe and South America.
Over the last 17+ years, he has led Neo Group’s advisory engagements with several transnational clients across diverse industries. He specializes in leading strategic transformation projects involving services such as sourcing portfolio assessment, business case development, IT partner selection, contract negotiation, transition management, governance model design, health-checks and readiness assessments and sustainability maturity assessments.
Prior to Neo, Hemant worked at the Director/Partner level for various Deloitte entities. He started as Head of Operations and Infrastructure for Deloitte US operations in India, where he was responsible for planning, building-out and staffing a captive center serving US clients in India. Hemant later served as the CIO for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Pvt. Ltd. and was responsible for the entire IT management organization supporting the Indian operations of the firm.
